As a certified Health & Wellbeing Life Coach, I help people in demanding careers and high-pressure lives manage stress, avoid burnout, and create a healthier balance - without sacrificing their ambition or success.
I don’t believe in generic advice or quick fixes. My coaching is tailored to you - your challenges, your goals, and your unique pressures. With a compassionate, practical approach, I help you reclaim energy, build resilience, and thrive under pressure.
Why I Do This Work
I understand these struggles because I’ve been there.
As a lifelong high achiever, I pushed myself hard - until stress, anxiety, and burnout forced me to re-evaluate everything. I had to rebuild my own resilience, learning first hand what it takes to navigate high-pressure environments without losing yourself in the process.
For over 25 years, I’ve worked with individuals in some of the most demanding sectors - healthcare, social care, welfare, counselling, charities, and the horseracing industry. I’ve supported hundreds of people facing crisis, trauma, and the relentless pressures of their work and lives.
I also have an academic background in occupational stress, resilience, and wellbeing, having conducted research in this area while earning my Master’s in Health Research. Combining real-world experience with evidence-based strategies, my approach is both practical and deeply personal.
